Senior Real Estate Attorney / Counsel

A prestigious law firm with a top-tier real estate practice is seeking a Senior Real Estate Attorney or Counsel to join its New York office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of experience in sophisticated leasing matters, including retail, office, and ground leases, as well as significant exposure to high-value real estate investment transactions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of commercial real estate experience, with a strong focus on leasing
Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements
Experience with high-caliber boutique or Am Law firms preferred
Proven record of initiative, independence, and collaborative team engagement
Admission to the New York State Bar required

Compensation:
