Warehouse Machine Operator – 1st Shift
Location: Fletcher, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $19.00/hr (Depending on Experience)

We are hiring a Warehouse Machine Operator to support production operations for a global leader in sustainable labeling solutions. This hands-on role focuses on slitter machine operation, material handling, and preparing finished goods for shipment. Assist with slitter machine setup, operation, and unloading of laminate reels
Monitor machine performance and inspect materials during production
Promptly report any equipment issues or defective product
Palletize, wrap, and label finished materials for outbound shipment
Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of materials and reel transactions
Communicate effectively with supervisors and production planning to maintain workflow
High school diploma or GED required
Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic computer systems
Strong attention to detail and quality
Able to work independently and as part of a team
